EX_03 - Ruining a Person

I've come to realize that I've been constrained, like being kept on a leash. Though I've known this, I chose to forget, envision a situation where leaving is the best option, yet you opt to remain. It's a place where predictability offers comfort, providing a false sense of peace of mind. What you've chosen to overlook is that this peace of mind was conditional, leaving you subject to a higher power.

Nature revolves around self-improvement; observe your dog attempting things it knows it shouldn't. How can you fault it? It's nature itself embodied in your pet. Then, why surrender your own betterment to the one who holds your leash? In this regard, even a dog exhibits greater character than you.

Persisting in a negative state of mind risks tarnishing your character. I've witnessed how interactions, even among friends and family, have deteriorated. A bitter person, restrained from acting out, embodies my own deteriorated character. Who am I? By acknowledging the absence of goals and failing to discipline oneself for improvement, one limits the possibilities available.
